Title: unable to to find a version of the runtime to run this application

everytime i try to open the launcher is gives me this error message, ive tried to reinstall my .net framework but i keeps popping up

You will need to install .net framework 2.0 for your system.
3.0+ do not include the older stuff.

wow, wish i would have known it was that easy in the first place, anyway thanks alot
