Purposely came up to me and teamwound me at the beginning of the round picture shows proof.

Normally, i'd say that there isn't enough evidence provided from this particular screenie. There don't appear to be any enemies around at all so it is believable. The user in question was actually caught by several admins today for breaking a different set of server rules and will be punished accordingly with a 24 hour ban.
