Title: Shields on back
Post by: BootyBuster on January 06, 2012, 11:44:08 pm: Do shields increase your armor? I see shields that say increases body armor by 14 and such. People say it lowers range. But no1 seems to know. So i'm gonna test it.

also ive seen idiots working on a project that is boring and useless but still they work on it.

Use high armour shields against low base impact weapons (like arrows) and you will be able to have a practically immune shield, where as use high HP shields against weapons that do high base damage. This is why a board shield is king against a Danish, where as you would want a steel plated shield against a sidesword, and never the other way around.

Shields on back grant some protection against projectiles only.
