Title: Wpf problem

I have a problem when i make swing it began in one sec later i think its lack of wpf.SO my question is: How much wpf i need wearing 20kg armor?

Well what do you have now for WPF?  I don't know the specifics on how armor affects combat speed.  Also, what weapon are you using?

The amount of armour you are wearing is lowering your effective wpf by a significant amount. You need a lot more wpf. 130 or 140 should work with that much armour as a minimum.
