Weapon proficiency, what does it precisely affect?
what does it give and how much for 1 wpf?

Afaik, it improves weapon swing speed and damage. But the change is barely noticable, WPF is quite useless after 130 or so.

That's for melee btw, for archery it matters more.

with 4 wm you will have 130 wpf at lvl 30, woth 0 wm you will have 112 wpf)) so think about it, you need to spend 4 skills in that or no
