Title: Texture issue

Hello,

I have no clue how to fix my issue with textures. I recently bought a Nodachi, and the detailing on the sheath looks like shit-smears. How do I fix this?

I've tried:
 Resolution
 Anti-Aliasing
 Character Detail
 etc...

Nothing has worked. Help me?
