So i want to make 18/21 shielder, and here is question:
at lvl 30 with 0 wm, i can have like 110 wpf,
at lvl 30 with 7 wm i will have some 160 wpf.
so i want to know what wm is enough, and you guys feel big differense between 110 and 150-160wpf?

3 WM is fine. It's what you should get as 18/21.

3 wm give just 20 bonus wpf, it is rly better then some 6 bonus hp?

I don't feel any real difference between 111 and 160 WPF. Personally, I would take 3 WM, and get 82 polearm proficiency in addition to 111 one-handed.
That way you can take a war spear as defense against cav (a real problem for 1h), without worrying about thrust-stun getting you killed.

im not afraid of cav, im justing thinking if i ignore weapon mastery, i can invest all in ironflash, so i can have 60-70 hp, instead of 50-56

Yes. A 1h weapon that has a 2h alt mode uses the 2h proficiency in the alternate mode.

The last two gens I have not picked up any wm and I can't really say there is too much of a difference by lvl 25+. Maybe with the slower weapons but even then I'm not really sure.

With my char I have 55wpf in 1h and I think that's enough for me.

Just keep in mind, you need 100 wpf to make full use of the stats your weapon has and that's after your armour weight penalty.
(At least I heard :P)
