I haven't found any notes on it. But I've stoped getting it sub lvl 30...

Anyone else?

I had a wave of it and got it when I was carrying arbalests... which is funny because I changed to the arbalest and got it in 2 rounds twice in the space of about 45mins. But since I retired and selected the gear I want to craft/can use well in battle. I haven't seen it :(

So I'm just wondering, well 2 things really. Has their been a change and how exactly does it bloody work.

I see, some kind of tiny % decrees ye craftsmen or peasant.

I would love a dev to explain the thing and the probability of a tick.
