Pay 100-200k depending on loom level to 'recycle' your looms and turn them into something else?

What I dislike about the current system is that an item can be buffed or nerfed a lot on a random basis, resulting in enormous heirloom price changes.

Let's say you have +1 item A with a market value of 300k. If A is nerfed, then its market value will decrease. Sometimes up to 100k or more per heirloom point. Losing market value of your heirlooms like that is exactly like being robbed blind.
