Title: Enable Transfers - feature request

Rather than enabling transfers for 1 hour, I would like this to be "enable transfers [on / off]".

It's terribly inconvenient trying to arrange transfers when there's only a 1 hour window.  I recognize the need to be able to turn off transfers but would like to simply turn them on and leave them on most of the time.

Good idea, and i think it should be easy to implement.

Denied. Would make the support request explode. Works like this for a reason.
