Upkeep has been made so complicated now. Was so much easier to just have 5% on everything :(
Does anyone know the answers to following questions.
1. Does wpf of weapon change the upkeep? At what wpf does it stop mattering?
2. Does langes messer use both 1h and 2h wpf to check for upkeep?
3. Do bows,crossbows,arrows and bolts all have higher upkeep %. Does wpf affect that too?
4. Does IF or Strength lower upkeep on armor?
5. Do horses have the same upkeep percentage?

1) Wpf does count, the higher your wpf, less upkeep you pay, I don't know of the point where it comes "base" however.
2) It would count as 1 handed afaik.
3) Ranged weapons don't have increased upkeep, longbow upkeep is 777 which is 7% of the buy price. Wpf does effect these.
4) They do not.
5) Yes they do.
The gereral upkeep percentage is 7%. To be honest, I don't notice the wpf change for upkeep and I believe there was something said about arrows that meant that they have an increased upkeep.
Generally, I just got by the 7% rule. RoundUp(Base_Price * 0.07) and that'll give you your answer effectively.

Here's my take on it...
1. Does wpf of weapon change the upkeep? At what wpf does it stop mattering?
Wpf doesn't change the upkeep cost, just the upkeep break chance... I guess at 100wpf should be the neutral zone.
2. Does langes messer use both 1h and 2h wpf to check for upkeep?
Dev said that for weapon with secondary mode it check your higher melee wpf and use that one.
3. Do bows,crossbows,arrows and bolts all have higher upkeep %. Does wpf affect that too?
Upkeep is always at 7% of the item price, only the break chance change, AFAIK only arrows got double break chance compared to other item. Wpf affect weapon only.
4. Does IF or Strength lower upkeep on armor?
No
5. Do horses have the same upkeep percentage?
Yes 7% of the price, no wpf related...
