Basically because he's the same UltimateWar guy from this topic

He's got himself a new cd key but tbh this guy shouldnt be a part of this game after how much of a douche he was, I dunno if you can confirm it through IP's or not but also check eu2 logs for around 1:30-2am UK time (29/12/11) and you'll see him confessing it.

Well, while it would be hilarious to reban him or both, so far they have been no trouble.

Someone else actually bought a new key to try and frame him for another scam :mrgreen:

Also i was not aware that it is those two guys.
I don't see a reason for a reban just now, i just don't get why they felt like telling people would be a good thing :mrgreen:

LoR got a new c.d. key after the infamous loom stealing and he's now a cool guy i reckon we should just see how this guy turns out so far seeing him in game he's pretty normal - that's what counts atm.

Gonna agree with this. If he didn't do anything he shouldn't be banned.

Hes acting cool in eu5 eu2 not causing problems so if it keeps that why why would you ban him?
