Title: parties with no soldiers

can i attack party which has no soldiers?

Yes, but the opponent will automatically gain 1 troop if you attack them so it's X amount vs 1.

ah and one more thing  why if i set my character to move somewhere  he moves a bit and than stops ? for example from jelkala to veluca

If you told your character to move from your current point of standing and click on Veluca then he will stop where you clicked.

Which would then be Veluca. Or is it something else you experience?

mb u stoped near river? u can cross it only buy bridge

they can stop u only by direct attack on u

well i try to cross river at bridge but i simply dont move

Try zooming in and carefully plotting a path across the bridge.
