hi,
I like the concept of crpg but I am having problem of exactly what to do.. I buy things which turn out to be too difficult to use, get slaughtered like the peasant I am in populated servers, and absolutely dont understand what is required to use better weapons and armor except to have the money... in any case I wanted to develop the character in the archer direction.. is it as powerful as in native mode? I noticed fewer people go archer compared to native.

You'll die a lot when you first start, weak and slow.
Armor and melee weapons require strength to use, the difficulty of the item is the strength needed.
Bows need power draw.
Thrown weapons need power throw.
Archery, It's been nerfed from native, but its viable.

Archer won't be too good till you reach something like lvl25, you should avoid putting many points anywhere other than powerdraw and weaponmaster, with WPF points going into archery. Archers have to be very dedicated characters, especially if you go for the top tier bows, such as warbow or longbow.

the graphic of evolution in crpg goes like that
/

______/

basically the first line is your 25 first lvl, after you got a bit and spam, afeter spam won,t work anymore and you stale. than discover block, mastering block, than staling... than discover chamber and feint and boom!!
not a relevant graphic, but my main advice is DON'T PLAY RAMBO, stay with mob and learn, after you'll be good and wealthy and you can enjoy crpg at is true valour!!
(ps don't go arhcer in first built as you won't learn how to block, hard way of pole is faster)
