If i never retire can i level up to 50?
-
35
-
There is no max, but each level takes twice as long as the last to lvl up. It would probably take you 500 years to get to level 50. Think the highest anyone has been is 35.

There is a max, its 35.

Okay, has anyone even reached lvl 35? Kesh maybe? Someone who has could tell us the truth. I know the exp amount is too big to display on the "c" menu ingame after you've reached lvl 34, but what does the website say?
I don't see any reason for max level, since the formula for exp needed to level up changes so dramatically after level 30. Especially now that the exp bonus is capped. Someone farming his gear to MW and then selling the loompoints so he could be able to ride around in plate + heavy horse while using an xbow as a sidearm is far more effective than a player on level 36. And they both have earned roughly the same amount of xp.
On level 35 player has earned enough xp to retire 8 times. On level 36 he could have retired 16 times and so on. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Kesh did reach 35, we know this as fact. However... Kesh eventually respecced (And shattered any dreams of hitting 36) to full archer instead of half two hander and half archer, and is now back down to 34... But is still #1 for the amount of XP.
There you go.
Pre-XP nerf Kesh was Gen 90 or 91 (It started with a nine, I forget... exactly 10,000 xp per tick you do the math)

So is level 35 is the max or not ? I really want to know because no one really tell the truth.

35 is the soft cap (realistically you should consider level 34 your soft cap unless you are absolutely that dedicated to this game). It will take you a god-forsaken amount of time to ever go past that. I think level 40 is technically the hard cap where nothing is coded past that point, but I seriously would not plan for that.
-
There is no hard cap on levels, but pretty much a soft cap (time to level gets into years basically). Since you need 3 levels to increase the cap on a skill its not really worth considering going very high. Look at this site, on the experience gain part (http://infinitum.dyndns.org/crpg/calc.htm) If you're new I would aim for a build for 30, but go to 31 then retire (+1 on your gear, +3 gloves and armour you get +10 body armour, or get like +3 damage +1 speed on a weapon). If you play casually or don't care about looms then make a build for whatever you like but be realistic. I believe the highest level character now is 35 and thats since the cRPG mod was released

Yeah... Miley has never ever retired, is still gen 1 and is, I think level 34? Miley has been around a long time too...

What if I play constandly 12 hours a day on levelling on gen 1? xD

On average, 9 hours per million xp. You can calculate the days required from there.

Thanks, I also have some questions that i would like to ask because i cannot see the answers in other threads:
Q1) How can i trade with other players (Private trade? , like sending a item to a player without putting it on market place?)
Q2) How can I trade with my alts? Is that allow?
Q3) Can alts retire?
Q4) What is the advantage of making alts?

1) You have to use the market
2) No, because alts can't use the market
3) Yes
4) What's the advantage of anything? Fun, I suppose would be the answer, or testing builds for your main.

Q3) Can alts retire?

Q4) What is the advantage of making alts?

-
The advantage of my two dozen funny little alts is...
I never have to be a peasant again, nor use STF... Awww yeah....
Braeden has over 50 though I think...If my alts can retire then can i tranfer the looms point to my main?
No.

Thanks please answer my one one one last more question.
If I want to sell my loom points. A player wanted me to loom his item. Then how the hell will he be able to send his item to me via market place?
How?
And if i manage to loom his item. How the hell can i give him back his item>?

you have to set up a trade for another item. i wont elaborate because you should be able to figure it out.

or 4742 hours and 36 minuets of x1 at gen 1. So it is functionally impossible for anyone at this point to get to it before M&B 2 comes and praying to Allah we get a port and wipe. Or everyone but me gets a wipe muhahahahahahahaha!
---------------------------------------
Also:
Level 50: 4,662,180,184,064xp 77703003:04 hours play time. I could have fucked the math, I really need to pee! I think it is 8894 years of x1 at gen 1, or in layman's terms completely fucking impossible.

Im bored: YOU put in for example stones for his item. HE accepts. YOU loom it. YOU put in a stone for the money. HE accepts. HE puts in stones for his new loomed item. YOU accept.
Also note (there's nothing wrong in saying this again, and again after all) that you need to make sure the guy you are having a bargain with is completely trustworthy.
Scams over unsecured heirloom deals happen a lot. And before you ask, there's no way you can sell or buy a loom point in a secure manner (except when it's only a +1 and that the buyer doesn't mind the possibility of someone else buying the item a second before him).

Seriously then the exp system is fu**ed up, they really need to do something about this cuz it will makes a lot of people to rage quit.

Cheers, i hope i find someone trustworthy :P

The new "lvl cap" were made so that new players dont get one hittet by a lvl 45 2h user with 300+ WPP as they did before the new lvl system.
-
Hint: xp is stored as a 32 bit signed integer.

Not really an idea what that means, nor what the hint is for.

Max level is 35, deal with it. Everyone else seems to deal with it fine.
Oops, thought I was editing my old post.
-
Hint: xp is stored as a 32 bit signed integer.
So maxXp is 2.147.483.647 which is level 38 (almost 39). So 38 is the highest achievable level right now.
-
So you can actually reach lvl 36? Thought there was a hard cap at 35. Does a hard cap mean, ridiculous amount of required xp? I always thought you could just lvl all you want, but there is just no 36, ever.
-
lets buy another key, that we can share it, so its active 0-24, and maybe we would reach lvl 36.. i say 30-40 ppl who will swap in any time of a day
-
Considering the several people who are going to hit level 35, I bet someday in the distant future we will actually see a level 36 character, not too much of a stretch really due to how much those people play and how much life this dead mod has. Level 37 or 38 though? not a chance in hell.
