I would just like to say. We are having a problem. I gave him my +1 ragged outfit to loom to +2 and I gave him the 550k and now he says when tried to accept my offer to give it back an error comes up. I'm not saying he's scamming me but it's getting fishy, how do u accept my 550k but can give me my item. If anyone has a solution please comment. Thanks  :idea:

Guys, always check the posts of ppl ( if they sold/bought any loompoints) and when they registered, before you send them your money/looms etc...
I really hope you'll get your stuff back Ricky, but  next time check at least the registration date!  Seriously, Desmoon has only 1 post FFS and he registered yesterday!

I was not aware that people will try to steel in a video game. FFs you don't play a video game  to do this. But I do have messages of him agreeing. So he will get permanent banned if he doesn't go through with it

Didn't you get scammed in the past? If you literally made the same mistake twice I highly doubt anyone is gonna pity you this time.

What is their to pitty. I have the messages of him agreeing to sell me his loom point and he tells me he loomed it but theirs an error. Nothing to fucking pitty, he stole and he needs to get permanent banned and me and hora get our stuff back, done. Instead of people like sequel commenting and saying no one will pity us FFs

I'd love to help, if I had the power to. I'm sure a great deal could be determined and solved with a little investigation.

Let justice be served and the stolen goods be returned to the innocent, however foolish they may or may not have been, as Justice does not judge foolishness, it judges right and wrong.

I have a feeling there is more to this than a simple theft though. But hey, what do I know.  :wink:

Guys, this is the internet, you can't take a "word" for granted.

In order to avoid scamming there are a few steps to have in mind:

1 - Do a background check on the player forum account, people who can vouch, etc;

2 - Always ask for a safeguard item or currency in return, always!


If he can't comply on the 2) terms, it's his problem, at least you won't get scammed, try to find a new trader/seller.

Surely after the first time you got scammed you wouldn't have been that stupid

I randomly made it home tonight and this is being handled right now.
As in two accounts global banned, i will get back to you guys tomorrow when i have some info if everything is gonna be returned or not.

Also...
Do not do this kind of trades with completely untrustworthy people.

No way we can guaranty returns of your stuff all the time...

This guy tried to scam me as well but it was so obvious.

NEVER give someone your looms unless they offer collateral first.

1. Trade your +1 loom for something of his with the same value

2. He looms your +1

3. You trade his item back along with the gold for the loompoint, for your freshly loomed +2

No chance of getting scammed... :?

Well, actually this was some dude framing someone else for a scam.
So my priority is on punishing those guys.
I will return all the items as it is Christmas after all.

I will have a word with ricky though and make sure he understands that failing will not always be supported.
