Why: Ban poll on siege madness!!!

In this beautiful picture, JazZz ban polls ToastyToast for "poll abuse", when in truth JazZz had teamwounded him. Toast had kick polled him after he TWed him multiple times, which I saw, and then came back and ban polled him.
(The next map I got another screenshot. 2 in 1!)

Ryizine died to someone and I guess then decided to ban poll Paracelsus and rage quit.
Paracelsus did nothing at all to anybody, and was breaking no rules.

JazZz sounds like a bit of a troll, but I don't think there is enough information present with that chat log to warrant a ban. Polls are enabled to keep the server free from griefing, and using them to grief is very counter productive to the server running smoothly. If this kind of behavior becomes a habit, I will ban him myself
