Title: How and why am I banned?

I have been playing for a while and I have never had any issues with any of the admins.  I normally play on the NA servers but, when I tried logging in today I was banned from the EU and NA servers.  I am not sure what is going on.  I have not logged in for a few days and last time I was on I didn't do anything wrong I don't think.
