I was a witness of similar tragedy. My colleague dropped whole pallete of beer from his forklift. And he had the pallete really high...

I dunno.  Failing to remove the right testicle of the man responsible for such a travesty, or at least a good lashing, is hardly a sign of civilized behavior in my eyes.  Those bottles deserve justice.   :(

Ohh, i have something similar.
It was quite expensive for the driver (well, he is insured). Out of 800 crates about 500 were broken.

And then there was another accident during the winter. The whole street was iced and had to be closed :D .
