Title: List of strategus suggestions

A small list of (in my opinion) good suggestions

- more xp
- a lill bit more speed
- Bigger map
- scaling of +2000 battles
- cheaper gear
- People playing actual game should have major advantage in strategus (counters farming clanmembers)
- Starting villages drawn from a hat at start
- anonymous AI defense
- Villages have Ping of the owner (no divide)
- 50 km radius for attack roster (only clans with representative in 50 km can sign up, randomers can always sign up)
- Bandit hideouts (cant be controlled by anyone, safe haven for bandits with set efficiency)
- chadztext for special skills and abilities (for example 'extra speed' 'extra crafting efficiency' 'extra recruitment skill' 'low upkeep' and so on)
- 5 month time limit (will set a goal for everyone and to force factions to act)
- Mission at start (Risk like 'get those villages or own more than x villages' diff from starting village obviously)
