Title: CTF Feedback

So capture the flag is pretty annoying atm.   13 shield guys keep running up to the flag jacking it and nobody can catch up.  There needs to be some sort of speed penalty to make it so its just not a ninja fest.  Maybe make it take 5 seconds to open the gate in order to take the flag or something.
