As the title states. I'm looking to buy a +3 Langes Messer for a fair price. I have other heirlooms as well as gold, so I'm willing to negotiate.

Well, I have a +1 courser as well as some gold. I'll get selling a loom point soon as well, so I'll be getting some more gold.

Depends on how much you're willing to sell the sword* for.
