Title: BAN Ninja_Smoker

He is dropping construction sites at forbidden places the whole week.
I told him numerous times not to do it and he is doing it againg day over day.

I dont think he is really from ninja-clan but if he is they should talk to him too.... if he isnt they should do something about him using their tags and abusing the game.
