Title: Brown Rus Cavalry Boots

Hey!

So the Rus Cavalry Boots have to be the most popular type of light armoured footwear in cRPG. Narf did a great job with the Rus armour pack.

So I thought why not make more colours for the Rus Cavalry Boots. Brown is definatly needed and maybe a light tan colour.

I think of would be good and it would also take a dev not that long to do.

Easily the best looking boots in cRPG. More colors would be a welcome addition. :)

I am making a texture for these boots. I'm going to put them in my retexture thread for people who want to use them, Hopefully one of the devs does make more boots with different colours but for now they'll have to just be overwrites.

The rus boots current color mixes well with a lot of armors. The leg-to-torso transition is really smooth as well. Some boots are really strange on the female model and give you bird-legs with your knees bent backward a little.

Would love to see more colors added!

are these models or just retextured store pictures? if theyre models id love to have them for personal use.  :mrgreen:

add! allthough id rather have 3 different armor pieces then 3 variations on one item.

In the OP it's just me changing the colour of the display pictures for an example. I did however make a Brown and a Black Rus Cav Boot retexture which was in my Retexture thread but I never updated the download links for them since megaupload went down.

Those look very nice, i have always liked the rus boot model but felt that the color left room for improvement.
