Hello,
I just retired and now I am not sure which I should choose.
18 Str
21 Agi
6 Skillpoints converted to 3 Attributepoints
3 IF
6 PS
3 Shield
7 Athletics
7 WM
all Weaponpoints to 2h
or
15 Str
24 Agi
2 IF
5 PS
3 Shield
8 Athletics
8 WM
all points to 2h
What do u think its better? With 6 PS will the weaponpoints be enough or is 5 PS enough and more weaponpoints. I am atm not sure which I should choose.
Thats why I ask and I wanna hear ur opinions. Thx
I will use Balanced Danish Greatsword, and medium armor. Sometimes Transitional Armor, with Ceased Graves, Sallet Visor (with Str 15 I will need a lower helmet) and Plate Mittens.
I will play a bit when I reached lvl 31 and then heirloom my Danish Greatsword to Masterwork.

You should go 18/21 or even 21/18.
More HP, more damage and you won't get outspammed by agi build because of wpf limitation.
Ho yeah also, it's very fun to one hit ninjas and other agi build.
* Strength: 21
* Agility: 18
* Hit points: 58
* Converted: 8
* Ironflesh: 1
* Power Strike: 7
* Shield: 3
* Athletics: 6
* Riding: 0
* Horse Archery: 0
* Power Draw: 0
* Power Throw: 0
* Weapon Master: 6
* One Handed: 1
* Two Handed: 156

I agree. If you have reach and strength, all you need is 1, maybe 2 swings on an agl build, and power builds are gonna be just as slow

What do you mean exactly with wpf limitation?
Thx you two for ur answers.
-
I mean it's no worth going weapon master 7+ because wpf are pretty expansive at high level, for 1 more WP you will only get 6-9 more wpf .
-
The build i gave as an exemple is lvl 30 so you will be at full strength for the long grind to lvl 31.
It's a build that's meant to be retired at 31.

In my opinion, it all depends on what role you will play with your charachter. If you want to be the aggro guy who runs in first, there are arguments to be had on both strength and agility sides. More HP and power with strength, faster and therefore more swings with agility. Then again, if you are planning to be support/ambush, I would go Strength, because you are looking to get that critical strike in while your opponent is concentrating on someone else

Ok thx for your answers.
Then I will get 18/21 - seems best for me then.
Was my last build before retiring and I will do it again.

use what works man

Hey IcemanX, how about this at Lvl 30 instead?
Strength 18
Agility 23
Two Handed 156
Converted 12
Ironflesh 0
Power Strike 6
Shield 0
Athletics 7
Riding 0
Horse Archery 0
Power Draw 0
Power Throw 0
Weapon master * 6
This way, you get the best of both worlds: good strength and high speed! But you would have to forgo the skill points in IF and shield - but this wouldn't be a problem, surely? I've seen you play Iceman, you don't need that big shield. You'll manage fine without it. This 18/23 is going to be my next build, for sure.
EDIT: Actually, this had got me thinking about a 21/20 build which would viable with same number of attribute points. Hmm. 7 PS would be rather cool. And 20 Agility and 156 wpp would hardly be slow...
Strength 21
Agility 20
Two Handed 156
Converted 12
Ironflesh 0
Power Strike 7
Shield 0
Athletics 6
Riding 0
Horse Archery 0
Power Draw 0
Power Throw 0
Weapon master * 6

Lack of ironflesh might bite you in the butt. I would take less wpf and atheletics for more Ironflesh, but that is my preference.
-
Ironflesh is totally unnecessary right now, it only helps a bit. I'd rather have higher agi/atheletics/wpm to get more protection by blocks, manouvering etc.
