Title: I need help with the timezone setting.

Okay so the timezone setting on http://c-rpg.net/index.php?page=settings Works up to a point, But aparently it won't let me put in Half hours, for example when I put in -4 it's a half hour away from my time, I was wondering if there's any special character that let's it go a half hour, I've Tried -4:30 -4.5

We cannot store decimals for the offset, you have to use 4 or 5 for now.
