Title: Name change didnt go through but didnt get 1k back

So i did a name change on an alt that wasnt STF last night and this morning it check and it didnt go through and i i didnt get money back, not sure how that works but my character has an old tag and i wana get rid of it help please

Applying for a namechange costs 1k no matter if it is accepted or not.
Renaming rules are easy: You can only fix typos and add/remove tags.

Your's was not a valid namechange.

After retiring a character you have a 1h window to do a full namechange which will automatically be accepted.
