Title: give twice the xp for defenders of neutral villages

doubling the XP gain for neutral village defense would increase the motivation for anyone to show up,  and would justify fighting also against allies or big alliances without implying political motivation.

this is greatly needed to make all the battles playable and fun.



thinking "i wont fight them,  they could get mad and destroy me bla bla"  is way gay.  grow up,  its a game and all about fun,  no rl world conquering happening here.
