Title: Short Spear or Wakizashi?

I have been having trouble deciding whether to stick with polearms or 1 handers. I know the Waki is pretty fast, but the short spear is the fastest of the polearms. Which sounds better?

No but really, the wakizashi is really bad. The short spear is also, tbh, a pretty bad weapon.

If you want a fast weapon, I'd go with either mace or longsword/HBS for 2h, war spear and it's clone(s) for pole and any of the high tier decent 1h.

The shortened Spear is awesome.Polestaggering Noobs to death is fun.

Grosse Messer trades 5 speed for 15 length and 5 swing damage. It's a lot better, in my opinion.
