Title: XP to Retire in 1 min.
Post by: The_danish_lost_viking on December 10, 2011, 09:29:01 pm
Me and my friend just talk about what Generation you need to be to retire in one min.
If you are generation 0 you get 1000 XP every min. But is there someone there know what generation you need to be to retire.

My guess is generation is 150.000

Lol, you can retire in 1 min at any gen :lol: You just wont get any bonuses.
Like torben said, the gen bonuses are capped at gen 11 or something. Still, levelin up 30% faster makes quite a difference.

Thats a pretty easy calculation. As generation bonus is 30 per gen. All you need to do is divide the required xp - 1000 base xp by 30. Ofcourse ignoring the gen bonus xp cap.

8892403 - 1000 / 30 = 296380,1 generations

So you need to retire 296381 times.

I think you can farm infinite amount of heilroom points. You just cant do it with exponentially growing speed anymore.

A bonus of 30 xp per gen isn't exponential growth. It is linear growth. Oh for fuck's sake, studying math and browsing the internet  simultaneously makes me an annoying wise ass on this forum and sloppy at math.

I do not mean studying math at a university or anything. Just studying for a math test while simultaneously browsing the interwebs.

Everyone should just run around as peasants. It's much quicker to save up to buy an heirloom point then it is to retire.

Please do us a favor don't talk about math ever.

The rate your xp grow is proportional to how much gen you have , so proportional to how much xp you got since the begining.
Y'=ay
What kind of fuckin differiential equation is that?

No idea what you just said but if you would make the increase in xp/tick gain per gen into a function it would be:

y = 30x + 1000

With x being the amount of times you retired and y the xp per tick. Which is linear as fuck. So what the hell are you on about?
