Military and soldier's cleaver have secondary mode. Why does war cleaver not have it ?

Secondary mode for cleavers is some kind of stupidity.

It's removed for the 1h cleavers next patch.

What did they even get? Cut damage and reduced speed?  :lol:

I think the other side of the sword should be BLUNT. Since it ain't sharpened and War cleaver is a thick sword, so it is obvious dull side should be blunt dmg.
