Title: Can someone help me out?

I was playing c-rpg, and i was kicked. Not sure why, when I try to re-join, I get "Banned from server".
Can someone tell me why or for how long?

Me and my friend, were using voice chat.
We were kicking eachother?
I don't get whats so wrong about this.
Can someone unbann me please?
Me and my friend will not kick eachother anymore.
