Title: How to make a clan?

Hello
me and my friend have been playing c-rpg for awhile now, and we have been thinking of making a clan.
the problem is....how do i make one xD?
do i just go onto the faction hall, and post something, and then place a clan tag infront of my name.
or is there another way to do it?

please help me

Would be better if your clan will have an idea. better not just "playing together". Otherwise you will be playing with your friends till the end -)
Some ppl love roleplay (think about your "style").
When your clan concept is ready - make a post, clan tag etc.
