so dose Horse Archery help if your using an Xbow on ponyback?

It definitly does. As much, as to archers. I have HA 4 skill (im horse xbowman) and will have 5 - i think it is fair accurate.

Yes. I had a horse crossbowman for quite a while, you really want 3 minimum, probably 4 now crossbows are more accurate.
