I'm not 100% on the rule here but I think I remember people getting banned for quite a bit and if i remember correctly this person has been banned for this perviously... the pictures tell the story the video shows another (failed) attempt.

This isn't his first offense when it comes to doing this if memory serves. We will look into it.

He's been banned previously for this. We'll be talking about how to make this time more severe.

I've seen Spook do this more then what is just shown here. He's been doing it for quite a while...
