Topic pretty much says everything... According to chadz strat is a "Medieval life sim" or somesuch... And maybe I missed it in the history books, but I don't recall any specific instances of flying carpets raining fire on the battlefield in medieval Europe, the middle east, or the far east... Or anywhere else... So I think this is pretty unrealistic, and that it has no place in a "medieval life sim", or trading sim, or war sim... Or anything else really. Thoughts?

Basically it demonstrates chadz really doesn't give a shit about the players adn is willing to crap all over his game to get his rocks on killing people with magic. Go back to Skyrim you noob.

I'm not going to say it was aliens...
But it was aliens.

I just want to post here for double Rick James.

There was misuse of magic carpet in strat battle? Haha.

It doesn't matter what any advantage a player receives because I will personally obliterate them, I will take the full force my of my throwing skill and cause a cataclysm that no one can stand up to. The world is mine, hold on to your butts.

sigh, chadz just keeps making it harder to give a shit about strat. i realize fallen broke the rules, and they admitted it. they lost 200 pop doing it, but they were ok with that. punishing people for exploiting is a nice change, the problem is fucking with an ongoing war and handicapping the underdog for breaking the common sense rule despite them posting about the exploit over a month ago, and unless im mistaken, no dev ever posted in that thread saying "we will fix this" or "thanks for pointing it out! if anyone ever does this we will punish them!" no... the devs havent even posted saying "let this be a lesson to exploiters!" instead they just showed up and torched 1000 troops and however much gear at the same time that the faction is fighting for survival against a large force of enemies. thanks for giving a shit about the time and effort people put into strat and mocking them for taking your game serious. i realize strat is a bit of a joke anyways as 90% of EU is allied, and EU has 66% of the territory... but its not very reassuring to be reminded as how much of a joke strat really is.

Well, not really a fan, I like it though. The col. sanders bear however is a cool avatar :)
