Title: Unable to attack

Well, one of our guys was attempting to hit somone with 1 troop and like a billion crates, but for some reason was unable to perform this action even though he was at 0m and his action said attack. Possible bug. Person who attempted this was Invicti_Scrambles.

Did invicti_scrambles have at least 1 troop??  Also, if it was a ticka nd the 1 guy was moving fast, he might have moved out of range.

he had 18 troops, other guy had 100 crates of stuff(most likely goods) 1 troop. So, Scrambles SHOULD have been able too.

EDIT: The guy was afk for 2 hours min too.
