Two handers always reared cav?

Two handers always reared cav?
Yeah IK and I actually agree I was feeding the troll sory. Anyway I do agree. I think that cav is OP and I believe that 2h should be equal to Polearm in its anti cav ability. But usaly you one hit cav any way as a 2h so not much differance!

Not with all these Crafty Plate Chargers on and the Cataphracts, etc.

So stabbing an incoming horse with a flamberge, the horse would just go straight through? No it would stop. Wow are you people that bad in your memories?
-
you have bad memories my memories are better
-
Half sword 2 handers rearing cav seemed like a really useful mechanic to have.
-
Yeah, I remember Halfswording (which used Pole arm animations and Pole arm wpf) would rear horses, but the benefits went well with the risks. I think 2h's SHOULD be able to rear horses, but ONLY when Halfswording (despite it making much less sense in the real world, but this is for BALANCE DAMNIT, Not Realism). Otherwise, why the hell go pole at all?
-
Exactly what Zeke said. If you want the polearm benefits, then take the polearm drawbacks with it, and go polearm. No weapon should be able to do everything. 2-handers already have more speed and reach than polearms, and more damage and reach than 1 handers. Isn't that enough?
-
No, polearms and two handers were balanced last patch.
I used both. I have 75 WPF in poles, and I did good with them.
They were both FINE last patch.

Did not ever rear horses.
Flamberge uses polearm animations, which rear horses, ordinary 2h never, ever, reared horses.
-
Yes, they did.
Flamberges, Longswords, Greatswords...
Am I using the wrong word or something? If there was a horse coming at you and you stabbed it with a twohander, it would stop just as if it was a longspear, except closer to you.
-
Only in Polearm mode maybe...
-
Flamberge yes, all others, no. never.
Well, Flamberge doesn't rear anymore.
-
Flamberge never did. Only weapons that are of type "polearm" rear horses (= polearms and 2h in halfswording mode).
-
Then why did two handers stab stop horses that came at me? I don't understand, it's not like I just made this up. They did NOT just go through.
-
You are just that magical.

You must have been half-swording without realizing it. 2 Handers never ever reared horses in normal mode. Ever.
-
2hers never reared horses...
-
I don't need rear to kill cav with 2h properly. Would be a nice addition though... :P
-
You are just that magical.
you are just so useleff go jump out of the window please
-
Would be better if rearing horses was dependant on damage done rather than weapon type. Give certain polearms a bonus damage vs cavalry to make it more likely for them to do it.

Wait, I thought you were actually trolling at one point...
-
It's probably one of the hacks you got when you installed the hax bundle. Just reinstall the bundle and it will work in the new patch as well.
-
Answer to the poll: NO
They don't even need to rear horses because usually one stab is enough to kill the mount if it is not armored mount. 2H does not need every advantage there is.
Dodge the bumps if you don't know what to do maggots!
-
They never did rear horses so this entire poll is a farce.
-
So when are we getting 2h stab crushthrough back?
-
And katana knockdown. That was cool.
