Listen to these great men!

But just like any quest in Skyrim where someone is running from something or giving a warning to the player, the player will still move forward lol.

Hey. Welcome to cRPG. Download the launcher (http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,21259.msg304223.html#msg304223), and it will do all downloading/patching for you.

Browse around on the cRPG wiki (http://wiki.c-rpg.net/index.php?title=Main_Page) to find some detailed getting started instructions, I especially recommend the Peasant guide (http://wiki.c-rpg.net/index.php?title=Peasant_guide), as you might find the game boring and annoying in the beginning - if you don't know what you're doing or playing/working for. I'll list some good starting tips below.

You should start out by registering the character name you want (http://wiki.c-rpg.net/index.php?title=Creating_a_new_character).

As you play, you will gain XP and gold once every minute. More info on how much, and how this works (http://wiki.c-rpg.net/index.php?title=Experience_and_gold_gain) can also be found on the cRPG wiki. In time you will level up, and then gain skill points/attribute points (http://wiki.c-rpg.net/index.php?title=Attributes_%26_Skills) you can spend by pressing "C" in-game, or logging into www.c-rpg.net (http://www.c-rpg.net).

Otherwise, I'm sure you'll figure out the rest by yourself. Last but not least, read the rules (http://wiki.c-rpg.net/index.php?title=Rules), and have fun.

Once you crossed the bridge called Warband leading into the Holy land of cRPG, you will realise that the holy Land is not the paradise you dreamt off, but returning in search for the bridge, you find it broken and burnt, the river floating so heavy there is no way to cross again.
