Title: Factions (applying or whatever)

Hey, Niemand has closed the topic where new clans could apply.And nobody have maden a new one.(or maybe I haven't find it).
So I have created a new clan which should be ("reported") I should apply it.But cause the topic was locked I have maden a new one.
