It just doesn't make sense to me.

Because chadz hates fun.

To avoid abusing.
Eg, for this battle this team needs archers, I delete my main (looms, well, maybe I dont have any), stf archer and play with it, next battle its cav that is required, stf and play, and so on...

Except that nobody ever did that. For a reason. There's virtually no point as STF chars are extremely boring and long to make, and since you don't get anything from playing a STF char, you don't get any benefit.

He's talking about strategus dummy. If they allowed STF to be used at will (or daily) then every day you could STF and make a character that is needed for an upcoming strategus battle. Oh they need archers, STF and make an archer. A battle is scheduled an hour later and they have cavalry, OOH STF and make a cavalry class. Etc. It's set to a week for pretty obvious reasons.

Why are STF chars allowed in Strat in the first place ?

I don't know...I guess if someone wants to not have a main char who can get heirlooms (which can be crafted in strategus), or be able to get to level 31 (which is huge if you're an 18/18 class). Only being able to have 17/18 (if you don't convert skills) can really be a hard decision. even if you're not 17/18 or 18/17 you're still going to need 1 more attribute to get to a number divisible by 3.
That's why I think STF chars suck. But honestly I'd be all for not letting STF's be in strategus (they have to be their main character right now to play in strategus, but I'd still be for having to build your own char in strat).

Contrary to popular beliefs, the devs does not want us to have fun in cRPG.
I posted an easy as fuck fix to it and they were like "LOL GOOD IDEA" but didn't do jack shit to it.
Put 7 days cooldown on "Make Main Character", not STF, the end.

Coming from the guy who scammed a player on purpose? The irony about you talking about having fun...

Hey, it was funny to me, boy.

And the Devs find it funny about all the people who complain about STF, so there you go.

The only difference being that Patricia's scamming maybe isn't contrary to popular belief

Exactly what Coffee said.

Because it was the primary goal of stf char, to allow people that wants to play strategus without playing cRPG('s grinding), this could be new players or native clan for example.
