Title: Weather changes for alts

I've noticed that the weather in a map will change if I swap characters. That's a little, uh, weird... is that supposed to happen? It can literally go from night to day in the same battle... I just have to log out and switch characters.

It has nothing to do with switching characters. Weather is tied to the database, so every server (I believe they have to be connected) will have the same weather, but it all depends on when you join a server. 1 minute it could be raining, but if you had waited and joined 5 minutes later, it could be sunny.

So when you join when it's raining, but it's apparently not to everyone else, do you still get the penalties for it?
