Closed because of derpness. Don't insult our intelligence.

Denied, because according to the shown log:
1. He killed an enemy just before he TKed you
2. He was killed by an enemy just shortly afterwards.

Thus, he could've killed you accidentally midfight cause you stood in the way, you jumped in there, he swung around stupidly or whatever reason. No ban. No nothing.
