Title: Question about shields weight penalties.

Hello,

I am here to ask:

What penalties is applying to me:

a) 1 shield held on hand
b) 1 shield on my back

as far as I know for both the weight only affects your movement speed
I could be wrong though.

I think both of them just apply the weight penalty, I.E. slightly lower movement speed and lowering your weapon proficiency ever so little. Archery gets more penalty for wpf than melee IRC.
