How to inset screenshot for example on ban request forum in the text?

That's not a stupid question at all, particularly compared to others on these forums.
Use an image hosting site to upload it to like imageshack or photobucket
Once uploaded, copy the link
Paste the link to your comment within the image brackets like this

Also, if you are unsure exactly WHAT the link is, you can always right click the image and chose "copy imgae link". Then ctrl+v it where you want it (usually between the

Imgur links last for a very long time before being recycled, or permanently if you have a spiffy account.
Imageshack has links that break often for random amounts of time before coming back.

I think I may have seen that with other pics, but I've never actually had any problems with my own. I've got some images from years ago that still work fine.
