Title: why does 1h cav have such high speed stab?

a 1h footman's stab speed is much slower than a stand still 1h cav's stab , why?   It seems that cav's arm gets more explosion

1h cav has the stab that foot-based 1hers SHOULD have as well.  It's just that 1h stabs are lame, not that 1h cav stabs are borked.
