Not just the grammar, but the part where the girl dies from low blood sugar was hilarious.

I had really low blood sugar once because I didn't eat at all that day and did heavy lifting boxes, and ran for hours.
I started to black out, lose my vision a bit, and my hearing went off for a couple of minutes. No death bullshit.

Sounds like some 15-6 year old dumb chick wrote it on facebook. Preferably american.
