I don't understand what happens when two battles are scheduled for the exact same time, both on the NA server? As far as I knew NA_CPRG3 and EU_CPRG3 were the only strat battle servers, are there more?

Those are the only Strategus servers I know of also.
I've seen it happen before. One will happen just before the other but as far as I know there is no way to tell in what order they will take place. Just have to go to the server at 7:00 and see. I guess there is nothing to stop you from signing up for both of them. :)

happened before when two computer village defenses happened at the same time. the first battle took place, and I have no idea when it ended because i was in the 2nd battle. Every 15 minutes or so I checked the server and all of a sudden the attackers in the 2nd battle must have won because nobody was there when the 1st one ended (or nobody for the defense).
I'm too lazy and don't give a shit to post a strategus issues forum post regarding this...not like it would be addressed anyways (or if it was, not like we'd ever know they fixed it unless it just never happens again).

Only 1 battle starts and other one waits until the first over.

Should be able to simplify this greatly (I know this happens if one battle starts before another and runs into the time slot for the 2nd battle). One of the battles should be pushed back a minute so it's obvious which battle comes first. I believe from past experience (unless it's just a coincidence) that the battle listed above the other at the same time goes first.
There should also be some sort of a break between the battles so that people are able to get time to make the 2nd battle. If I sign up for a battle, I don't want to spectate for 1, 2 or 3 hours for another battle to finish. But currently that's what you have to do unless you want the enemy to do the same and potentially win the battle before anyone shows up for the other side. Maybe a 5 or 10 minute window in between? Something (if you're in game) pops up and tells you a battle is starting?
C-RPG already ties your in game information to a database on the website, I can't imagine it would be that difficult to send a message to certain people (if they are in game).

Not that it matters, but the largest battle to date (as far as I know) was the 11/13 battle between HRE and Hospitaller.

Actually, thats second. 1st is 1508 hospergllers attacking 1921 fallen at their village. HRE attacked Hospergllers 1781 v. 982. Hospergllers lost in both of those if you were curious.
