Title: Please implement faction member location info for leaders in faction

If leaders are not to burn themselves out, please add this minor tool.

agree with OP...or at least some sort of 'last known location'

Would also be nice if only above a certain rank, say 7, could see this information to prevent low level spies from gaining valuable knowledge
