This leecher likes to waste others people time by making them run after him to the ruins and hes never around battle, even the chat proves that he camps.

While this person is a known troublemaker, there's no real evidence of anything.  Please provide more evidence if this happens again (more screenshots, showing the person hiding in the same spot as the last alive)
